STEP 3: If you’ve used Easy Connect before you can select from a list of previous contacts. But in case you have never used Easy Connect method before, click Use Easy Connect. To connect to a contact not available on the list, click “Help someone new”.
STEP 4: Follow the screen instructions.
In case, the person from you wants help has a different version of Windows operating system, then you can use an invitation file.
Follow these steps; to use an invitation file on a Windows 7 based PC:
STEP 1: Click on Start button, in the search box, type Remote Assistance. You will receive a list of results, click on Windows Remote Assistance.
STEP 2: Click “Help someone who has invited you”.
STEP 3: Click Use an invitation file and locate the invitation that you received from the person you’re trying to help. In case, you have used Easy Connect, click on Help someone new in the contact list, so that, you can view the options for using an invitation file.
STEP 4: Follow the screen instructions.
With the completion of above steps, your computer gets connected with the helper’s computer and your problem gets resolved.
In case, your technical issue remains intact, you can also contact any technical service provider for computer help. Technician from the selected service provider will access your computer via remote connection. After accessing your computer, technician will diagnose it carefully and perform the necessary steps in order to resolve your technical issue.
